Your first visit includes a one-on-one consultation with one of the doctors, including digital photographs, x-rays and a thorough orthodontic examination – all at no charge. We do this because it’s the best way to determine your specific needs and create your customized treatment plan. The Famous Smile Passports
We think orthodontic treatment should be fun – no matter the age of the patient. That’s why we’ve created our Passport 2 Smiles Program. It’s a great way to engage kids in the process and it’s fun for adults too.
Here’s how it works:
At your initial examination appointment you are given your personalized passport-yes, it looks like a real passport! Now you are ready to earn points.
Up to 5 Smile Passport points may be given to patients at each regular visit for:
• Great brushing
• Keeping your appliances and braces in great condition
• Being on time for your appointment
• Wearing elastics or headgear as instructed (sorry, no points for emergency appointments)
Bonus Points can be earned for:
• Wearing your Smile Orthodontics office t-shirt
• Bringing your appointment slip to your appointment
• Referring your friends
• A report card with great grades (bring it with you to your appointment)
• Having your dentist and/or hygienist sign your Passport at your regular dental appointments
