How Does it Work?
To maintain the smile you’ve worked so hard to achieve, a retainer must be worn as instructed — forever. Smile Assurance covers both clear and lower bonded retainers.
Once you complete active treatment, we’ll take a scan of your teeth. If you lose, break, or just want to replace your retainer(s), simply give our office call. * Replacements are typically ready for pickup within one to two weeks of ordering, but don’t wait to call! Any shifting in teeth may require a new scan, and an additional fee.
You can join the Smile Assurance program anytime — whether you are still in treatment or have already finished! You can even join if you've never been a patient of ours!
